The staff score a high 10/10. Very attentive and super friendly. Big shout to Nicoletta ..she is a lovely lady who served us the best cappuccinos we tasted during our stay in Rome. The Hotel Diplomatic is brilliantly located.you can indeed walk to everyone of the main tourist attractions. We were given clean, fluffy towels everday and the rooms were cleaned daily too. Would I stay again..you betcha!!

Ideal Location for the Vatican

Wonderful location for visiting Rome. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would be nice to have a couple of English TV channels, not just an English news channel. If you check out earlier then 6.30 am there is no facility to have a cup of tea!

great location. good service

There was work being done in the restaurant next door which was not very convenient. The mattress was a bit hard.
