Stayed her for 9 nights. Great facility with friendly staff. About a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. Lots of food around. Our room was cleaned everyday with no worries about our belongings. Highly recommend staying here.

I can only give 1 star because the staff at reception were generally pleasant. However, the hotel is terrible. You can tell that is was beautiful once upon a time. The floors in our room were dirty, there was mold in the shower, the shower drain was backing up and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was also a nightmare 😫

A longer walk from the station than we anticipated. There was no kettle in the room. However the staff were friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and clean, and reasonable breakfast.

Hotel was a great location with easy access to a lot of public transport. Needs some TLC - Plug in bathroom loose on the wall, same as the flush button for the toilet, toilet was not fully secured to the floor, screen on shower door was fastened with cable ties so water ran out of shower. Check in took over 25 minutes as one person on front desk was interrupted by many other guests leaving me standing and waiting, then could not find the room I was assigned to stay in!

Our first night was 2 twin beds in a room were air conditioning did not work facing the street. The worst on our trip. They changed us the next day to a room facing the courtyard which improved our stay. Then the toilet acted up. I tried breakfast one day, worse than on an airline and 5 euros. We expected a lot more.

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura dopo aver vagliato a lungo molte altre, perché a Roma pochissime strutture accettano cani. Oltretutto quelle che li accettano chiedono un sovrapprezzo rilevante sul totale della camera. Sulla pagina di questa struttura era indicato esplicitamente che i cani erano accettati senza costi aggiuntivi. Al nostro arrivo il receptionist è rimasto stupito perché il cane era più grande di 20 kg e quindi in teoria avrebbe dovuto pagare. Io gli ho fatto presente la cosa e per fortuna alla fine non ci hanno fatto pagare, ma al check out il manager co ha trattato piuttosto male, con sufficienza e con modo molto bruschi e sbrigativi. Oktrt noi avevamo scritto un messaggio tramite app comunicandogli che appunto avremmo avuto un cane con noi, ma non abbiamo mai avuto risposta. Come altra cosa siamo arrivati a Roma alle 22 di sera e siamo entrati in albergo all'una di notte perché a 200 metri dall'albergo un'enorme rotonda era stata bloccata dal traffico esagerato, per via della chiusura di alcune strade. Questa cosa abbiamo saputo che stava succedendo da giorni, perciò anche gli albergatori, standoci a due passi, erano sicuramente a conoscenza dei disagi sulla viabilità nell'arrivare alla loro struttura, ma non si sono degnati di riferirci nulla, nemmeno consigliarci strade alternative o parcheggi vicini raggiungibili in modo da arrivare diversamente e magari lasciare l'auto. Per fortuna un impiegato ci ha aspettato per il check in fino all'una di notte.

Das einzig schöne war der Balkon. Badezimmer fürchterlich - Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Am zweiten Tag haben wir nicht mal mehr Marmelade bekommen sondern nur Butter und Brötchen. Danach meinten sie zu uns wir können ein American breakfast um €10.- bestellen. Das waren für 2 Personen 4 Scheiben Schinken und 2 Scheiben Käse. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir noch mehr bekommen könnten, meinten sie, dass wir dann nochmals zusätzlich €10.- bezahlen müssten. Die Lage ist gut - aber das Hotel wirklich runtergekommen und Frühstück eine Katastrophe.. nie wieder!

Het hotel is netjes en schoon. Het is wel wat verouderd, maar dat geeft het hotel karakter. Het hotel ligt wel in een wat mindere wijk (lees: veel zwervers/achter gelaten afval). Het ligt wel in de nabijheid van het openbaar vervoer, wat ideaal is. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Hôtel propre et fidèle aux photos. Personnel accueillant et dispo 24h/24h. Toutefois, la route à pied entre la Termini Station et l’hôtel est un peu risqué (énormément de SDF). Bon dans l’ensemble.
