The staff was rude and not helpful. We had two rooms and one was fine but the other ac didn’t work well and staff was not helpful. The elevator was not reliable. There were extra charge to check in early although our room was ready. You also had to pay for pool towels…

Perfecto!

We had stayed in Vietri Sul Mar for a few days. We were looking for a hotel close to the Rome FCO airport because we needed to be at the airport at 4:00AM. I found this hotel on Hotels.com and thought it looked perfect for what we needed. It was beautiful! We had a junior suite that was uniquely shaped with a bed in the main part with a partitioned wall that led to the main bedroom. The restaurant service was impeccable. The chef’s choice for appetizers included tapas portions of various dishes. We each had a first course that was equally fantastic. We were full after that. The pool was very nice. We had a great conversation with other guests. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was beautiful at night. The atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. The drive to the airport only took about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

airport shuttle is a paid service, easy to find and on time with great vehicles and driver. room is bit old and okay clean with bit poor sound proofing which you can hear normal conversation or showering sound next door and in the corridor. the plus point is beautiful pool garden and restaurant onsite which provides nice included breakfast. so 3 star facilities but 4 or even 5 star service atmosphere.

What a hidden gem - an oasis - to refresh and recharge before our journey home. Beautiful grounds, a bountiful breakfast buffet, and pristine pool. In talking with fellow travelers, we all commented how we never heard a plane the entire night and enjoyed a restful sleep — being only 10 min from the airport. This will be goto hotel for any journey through Fiumicino.

The outdoor area was beautiful with the pool, bar, lounging area. Pool closes at 7 PM which is a bit early for pool closure but otherwise excellent stay.

We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, outdoor pool and outdoor seating for the restaurant as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The rooms are a little small, but very nicely appointed and the bathrooms are large. We wish we could have stayed longer!
