This is a family run B&B. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is my second time staying here. Love it love love it.

The hotel itself was lovely. However finding the property was extremely difficult. The entrance on a side street in Rome was difficult to find. The only sign was on a small business listing which listed its name with a push bottom which clicked and you were able to enter the courtyard. You then walk to the back, went to the right thru two areas at the end of which you found an elevator that took you to the fourth floor. (The elevator barely held three people without luggage. It took several trips to get people and luggage up.) The elevator took you to the fourth floor, reception was on the fifth floor up a flight of stairs. Someone did come down to help. We were three seniors in our eighties. Carrying luggage up stairs was not our thing or our expectation. Our rooms were on the sixth floor. Again assistance was needed. The staff was very helpful, the rooms and breakfast was good. I think that Expedia description of the property was completely uninformative as to it limitations, It does have an elevator but it only goes part way so it has a very limited value. The entrance is barely marked and without help almost impossible to find. The picture on the rooftop garden is lovely but not helpful. I had expected Expedia to provide an accurate description of the property. It did not. Ellen Trageser

We stayed in a room for 4 and it was nice, clean and spacious. The location was extremely convenient. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! I was not expecting such a good breakfast. It was so good we ate there every morning.

Easy to locate. From the train station take bus 85 and it's 2 minutes walk from the stop. Look for timberland shop and it's the double green doors next to that. Warm welcome by staff. Our room was ready upon arrival. Room was spacious, very clean, reasonably priced well stocked fridge. The bed was comfortable and the sheets nice quality. The area is nice and although busy, as is all of Rome, we slept very well. The AC was wonderful. We stayed two nights and had breakfast both morning. Small selection but enough for us. I had yogurt with nuts and fruit alongside toast and scarmbled egg with tea. My husband enjoyed bread rolls with scrambled egg and bacon along with pastries and tea. There was also juice, cereal, cold cuts and many more pastries. The staff are always smiling and happy to help with recommendations etc. We would absolutely stay here again

It was the perfect location to be close to almost everything. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Staff was awesome. Andrea was great and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back when we come to Rome again.

So glad we found the Parlamento - perfect for a 2-night stay. Easy walking to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and not much further to the Forum and Colosseum. Only a few rooms on an upper floor, so it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely - terrific cappuccinos, breads, cold cuts, eggs, juices, fruit, etc. Highly recommended.

This hotel's location is perfect for shopping and seeing many of Rome's major sights. The room was standard size for Europe at this price point, but it had a large updated bathroom. Our room had a private terrace, but there was a spacious public one available, too. Both were decorated with beautiful plants. Moreover, the staff were pleasant and fun to chat with. They were helpful from even before our booking, and arranged tranfer for us to and from the airport/train station, and helped us navigate any complications. Would stay again!

Lovely stay in the heart of Rome. Staff were excellent and the hotel was fantastic. Room accommodation was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Both had separate beds. Breakfast was good and all you had to do was ask and again the staff would do best to accommodate. Would stay again.

This family owned boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the city center of Rome. My mom and I stayed for 5 nights total. 3 before a cruise and 2 after. From the moment we arrived we felt safe and taken care of. Andrea and his very sweet Uncle greeted us warmly and got us into a room right away as we had a long travel day. The room was perfect, very clean had everything you would need to be comfortable. At night it was very quiet. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio upstairs. The breakfast was exactly what we needed to fuel our busy days ahead! The staff was patient and kind with us asking a million questions and we had many conversations and laughs! The hotel is in the BEST location! Walking distance to all of the highlights you want to see, shopping and many incredible restaurants.There is a taxi stand just outside to the left. We felt like part of the family and we were very sad to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! We will be back, thank you for everything :)

What a great place! Location to many of the main tourist areas totally within walking distance. And I cannot say enough nice things about the people. All very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. Overall, a great experience!
