Felt safe arriving through big entrance doors into a quiet area behind in a courtyard in the city centre. Everything you needed for a short stay in the city. Room was bright and clean. All staff at reception and those preparing breakfast were very helpful and courteous.

It wasn’t included, but the breakfast for 7.50 euros was worth it. Food was fresh and good. Eating in the room saved lots of time in the mornings. They even prepared a “to go” box for us the morning we needed to leave early for our flight. Front desk staff were fabulous.

Excellent location. Room is clean although a bit on the smaller side. Staffs generally nice, the gentlemen checked us in was really nice and meticulous. Breakfast in room is a good idea but there really isn't enough room to enjoy it, and every morning will be the same food if you don't change your choices everyday

Small hotel with new rooms and friendly staff

Clean renovated rooms in a shared building with other hotels and tenants. Staff is very friendly and location is central. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and new. Breakfast is served in the room with no dining area. Over all a good stay but having more upfront clarity on the hotel setup i.e. few rooms in a small section of a floor in a shared building, would have set the right expectations.

Roam around in Rome

Location, 10/10. Safe and secured building with lift. Looks exactly like the photos on the website. Spacious for one person. Slow draining shower I was able to fix by covering the drain opening, then used my foot to create a tight seal and forcefully push down to create pressure. Yes I was able to fix this but a routine check is the hosts responsibility. Comfort - AC and H&C water is 10/10. Room was clean upon check in. However I requested house keeping 2 days after and they did not clean the room completely and just replace the towels and trash bin. Hair and dirt still all over the floor. Receptionists were very courteous. Explained check in and out process clearly. Also provided information if there’s an emergency. I’m sure drainage issue and housekeeping deficiency is an easy fix so I still recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! It had a mini fridge which was a must because I had medication that has to stay cold. Modern room with everything you need for a great stay. It is tucked away and feels very safe and secure since you do have to go through 2 gates to get to the unit. I would book this in a heartbeat if i ever come back to Rome. THANK YOU!!!

Everything you could need

Had everything we needed (deeply appreciated the in room kettle, in room fridge, coffee, shared water filter machine, and use of adapter when we realized we forgot ours) and reception was very kind and helpful. Very quiet location through a courtyard and bed was comfortable and room was super clean. The only hiccup was that the shower didn’t drain properly so out of consideration, felt compelled to shut the water off while soaping up to avoid flooding the bathroom or causing possible damage to lower floor- I guess that made it eco-friendly, ha! Great option for what we needed.

So glad we chose this hotel. Perfectly located, safe , quiet and spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get directions on how to reach reception- it can be a bit confusing upon arrival as there is more than one hotel in the building.
