The room was perfect for our needs. It’s located on the 5th with a beautiful antique elevator. Our room had a beautiful view of St. Peter’s Basilica. It was very quiet and there was no noise from other rooms or the street. Our hostess, Nestle, was extremely friendly and informative. I thoroughly recommend this location.

A good distance away from public transit, the Vatican, and good shopping. The hotel is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. Nestle was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked well. Relatively small, but perfectly adequate.

This hotel has an excellent location, with Vatican city within easy walking distance, and attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman forum, the Parthenon, and the Trevi fountain a short bus or train ride away. There are many excellent dining options in the area, and on our first night there our host provided us with great instructions as to how to best get from one site to another. The room was not overly spacious but was very clean. DO NOT take a taxi here from the train station, as it is very easy to do that leg using the metro A line. We learned a lesson the hard way that you need to be very careful taking taxis in Rome, if you do make sure the meter is turned on, and insist on paying card whenever possible.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean room and comfortable.. however the lift not working for 2 and half days was not good. Had to walk up 5 flights of steps over 100 steps on all. Those 2 and half day were not pleasant.

I stayed here as the room selected was perfect for a 1-person solo traveler. The room was just what I needed for my short stay however when I arrived the elevator was broken, and I had to climb 5 flights of stairs with my suitcase as well as anytime I needed to leave or come back which was quite the unexpected hike. What I hadn't anticipated though was that the staff isn't there after hours or completely on Sunday so I was quite uncomfortable not knowing who I was sharing common space with and not having anyone there in case something went wrong. It made my extremely uncomfortable.

Stunning location and apartment building. Terrific apartment in a beautiful building. Located minutes walk from the Vatican, this is in more of a quiet and residential area which was bliss. Countless restaurants in the area of excellent quality. Would stay here again

My family and i stayed 5 days and would return to stay here again in an instant. The property is central to so many land marks and easy to get to Vatican City. Along the road you can easily get a taxi as many line up for their next passenger. The apartment made it feel like home and staff were extremely accommodating. Fantastic experience.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in a convenient, safe (I’m a solo female traveller) and quiet area. Nestle was friendly and helpful, and the view from the room was amazing. My only issue was how thin the wall was between my room and the one next to me (I could hear my neighbours very clearly). Other than that it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

This property does not have any Amenities no coffee maker, room is very small, NO Service at all. TV had only 4 Italian channels. We had to leave at 3.00am for a 7.00am flight , told us to walk to the Piazza to get a taxi a 10 minute walk. No help at all. Do not recommend.

This is a charming hotel residence in Rome; central to many areas. We walked all over Rome and found this neighborhood to be quite walkable. The building and room is charming. Nestle, the onsite staff manager is very professional and helpful. We would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! It is on the top floor of a building with other businesses and apartments, so this is not a typical hotel. It only has about 5 or 6 rooms. There was a beautiful view of St. Peter's Basilica from the room. The street itself is fairly quiet but close to shops and restaurants. There is also a Metro station only a few blocks away. I stayed 4 nights and would stay there again. I arrived late (after closing) and departed early (before closing), but Nestle from the front desk was very helpful via messaging. This property doesn't have a lot of extra amenities but is a wonderful simple option for a nice place to sleep close to the Vatican.
