Chestnut Grove is a quaint holiday home development situated in a prime position on Grange Road close to all the amenities of Rosslare Strand Seaside Resort.

House layout

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom holiday home can sleep up to 6 people. The house has a conservatory with dining room table
and also an enclosed back garden that is south facing.

Facilities

The house its-self is beautifully furnished with open fire in the sitting room, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer
fridge with ice box, cooker and microwave. Wifi. There is a DVD player with dvds in the house also. The dining table is located in the con
conservatory and seats 6 people.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with free standing shower.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with a master bedroom ensuite and walk in closet.
There is also a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Located in a small development chestnut house at Glendale, has access to a children’s play area and tennis court on the site.

Located just a few minutes from Rosslare’s famous Beach, Chestnut Grove is situated within minutes walking distance of the
Blue Flag beach and the centre of the Village making all amenities easily accessible by foot. Kellys Resort Hotel is closely located.
Londis Supermarket, Launderette, Church, Sports & Recreation Centre, Playground and School are just minutes walk away. There is Private
Parking and a Playground on site.
