The Slate offers 185 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and espresso makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. A pillow menu is available. 32-inch LED televisions come with satellite channels. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and safes. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and hair dryers. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily. Excellent resort, stayed for 5 nights. Beautiful decor, room, lovely staff, restaurants that served top quality (in any international city) & varied food. Adults only pool options x2, great happy hours & pool service, but good for kids & families too. Pearl suite was massive with his/ hers massage tables set up & enormous balcony & luxurious touches. Felt remote, very secure, but straight out onto a lovely local village with good (but not crazy) beach vibe, lots of local restaurant options, bars on beach, massage etc. Stayed at 4x 5 star hotels across 3 weeks in Phuket and this was our unexpected favourite! Great first stop from airport (close) after long flight too.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Room could have been cleaner and pool in the room was dirty and cold most of the time. Mosquitos were just next next level. Daughter had 20+ bites in the first night. Had to request sprays and candles to help reduce them. Sadly nothing really worked.

Still the same great standard

Fantastic second stay in this great hotel. We last stayed here about 6 years ago and it is maintained in great condition. Staff are incredibly nice, good local village for food and the restaurants and bars in the hotel are great.

The Slate, Phuket is a lush, luxurious retreat just minutes from Nai Yang beach. The resort’s unique design, rich history, and tranquil atmosphere make it a standout. The pools and walkways are beautifully maintained, offering a true escape into nature. We loved the variety of tailored activities, and The Rivet restaurant served one of the best tomahawk steak we’ve ever had. Special thanks to Boom and Gift for their exceptional service. Drinks at the bars were also top-notch. A special shoutout to the staff and airport driver who went above and beyond to return my forgotten phone to me at the airport just in time for our flight. That level of care truly sets The Slate apart. Highly recommended!

The Slate was a beautiful place to stay. My boyfriend proposed at Black Ginger and it was such a romantic setting. Our rooms were comfortable on the resort, staff was extremely attentive. Also, the food blew me away. I didn’t expect too much since it’s a resort. But the food was phenomenal. Especially the breakfast buffet. There was actual quality food. I have never seen a hotel have access to such fresh fruit, flax seeds, goji berries, walnuts, etc. My boyfriend enjoyed the smoked mackerel for breakfast daily. The pools were beautiful. Our room was reasonably quiet. There were some loud people above us but I was able to drown out the sound pretty well. Honestly it couldn’t have been a better stay!
