Would give 5 stars but some of the front desk employees were not friendly enough, we all work and we all have bad days sometimes but this 2 day time employees were rude and zero effort to do good customer service not just on day one but several days and every time the guest asked for assistance. The rest of my visit was very pleasant and had an excellent service from the night/ Sunday employees. Thank you!

The air conditioning had been turned off before I got to the room. I turned it on immediately, but it had a fixed temperature. The room was so warm that I was sweating profusely all night and couldn’t sleep. I checked out a day early - even though I had paid for the second night

The Shower Stall Matters

The good- Location The bad - shower was in need of repair. Missing grout and overall cleanliness . The hair dryer- useless , no power to dry hair The hard boiled egg was good at breakfast
