Nice Hotel on the alt City

Pros: near to the most important site of Salzburg
Cons: The car parking
The only one difficult is the car parking ... not comfortable and complicate

Lovely Hotel

This a lovely hotel in Salzburg Old Town. I have stayed there before with my sister and decided to go back - it was just as good. The breakfast is exellent with a good variety. Lovely staff in Reception and in the breakfast room . I will be back.

Visiting a beautiful city

Very welcoming hotel, staff friendly & most helpful. The room was very clean but quite small. Limited number of electrical points in the room. The cinema was charming, & would have used it if the films shown had English sub titles !

Business and Family Trip

top location, very old interior, no renovated, walls are badly soundproofed, real category 2-3 stars (and not 4 stars), breakfast was O.K. but not variety, staff are friendly

I came to Salzburg for the Festival and wanted a nice high class Hotel in walking distance. Unfortunately, my room (218) was distinctly different from the pictures on the booking platform: Lumpy pillow, sheets with more than one hole, mismatched furniture, mismatched towels. And it was extremely hot, no A/C and a fan that was so loud it was impossible to have it run while in bed. No minibar, no water bottle, no products in the bathroom except for two soap dispensers screeed to the wall/shower. I can‘t say if this description is true for all rooms, but I paid over EUR 350 per night and am truly disappointed.

Due to the age of the house and official regulations, we cannot currently offer air conditioning in the rooms. We therefore do not advertise air conditioning. Sehr zentral gelegen. Schönes, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Personal beim Checkin sehr bemüht, beim auschecken unfreundlich und leider weder zuvorkommend noch kompetent. Beim Doppelbett handelte es sich um ein Kingsize-Bett (140 cm) nicht um ein Doppelbett (160 cm)

Sehr schönes, familiäres Altstadthotel. Es liegt ruhig und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet ist exzellent.
