The service was excellent. We were able to see the whales from our room with binoculars. My only concern was that the all inclusive did not include beverages in the room fridge. If you wanted a soda you had to go to the bar.

Some hotel restaurants were closed at height of busy season. Lots of smokers in outdoor areas.
