Arrived earlier than check in. Was able to store our baggage with the front desk. Was treated to a bottle of Champagne, piece of chocolate cake and two waters as we were celebrating our anniversary. That was a nice surprise. Our room was a decent size king suite with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk. Hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of what we wanted to see/do. There were a few cons during ourstay. Only 1 chair provided to sit in on the patio. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs to sit out together. Could hear the elevator all day/night from our room even though we were halfway down the hall. Luckily it did not keep me from sleeping, and I just turned the TV on during the day if we were in the room to block out the sound of the elevator. The sliding shower door did not close completely allowing water to spill out onto the floor mat which would need rung out after each shower, unless we stuffed a towel into the crack, but then the towel still needed to be rung out. Would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. These were small inconveniences that we did not let ruin our week long stay. Hotel was fit for our stay but I may look for another hotel if i were to come back for a visit.
