Lovely resort. Spotlessly clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Food amazing. Only 6 euros taxi into Maspalomas or half an hour walk or the hotel offer a free bus at certain times. Nice to be slightly out of the busy man town. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect relaxing holiday that my family needed. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff were really pleasant except from the bar woman who was rude to us and had an attitude on numerous occasions. Which lead to me not going to the bar because it was a negative experience. The pool was amazing and the food was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you

Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst I’d ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the shower cubicle. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, in my life! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, this was the only positive, they were always friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was good/ok. They had good gluten free options for breakfast also.

Zimmer war eine Zumutung Bettmatratzen ca. 30 Jahre alt. Bad ist am besten man Duscht beim Pool da kann man sich nicht verbrühen Wasser ca. 80 grad heiss schaltet sich alle 2 Minuten auf heiss. Alles versifft Bad Toilette Küche alles verschimmelt. Möchte gerne Bilder einstellen geht aber nicht. Frühstücken besser ausserhalb der Anlage.Abwasser verstopft nach Reparatur wieder das selbe - Toilettenspühlung das Wasser läuft 24 Stunden das Interessiert niemand - Ich war 10 Tage vor Ort das waren 10 zuviel -

Bungalowen var fina och välstädade. Området var rent och fräscht. Ordentlig bufféfrukost. Saknade dock en vattenkokare för att koka sitt egna kaffe/the. Gymet var dock i bedrövligt skick. Det mesta var trasigt och dåligt skött. Det saknades hantlar, Kettlebells mm. Fanns inga löpband eller fungerande cyklar. Att kalla det för fitnesscenter är ett hån mot seriösa gym. Tyvärr drog detta ner helhetsbetyget då vi hade räknat med att kunna träna under vår vistelse.

Le personnel très très bien, l'établissement très propre, jardin magnifique, buffet bien et varié. Manque quelques finitions dût à la vétusté de certains éléments dans le bungalow: miroir de la salle de bain, porte serviettes oxydé et serrure récalcitrante...rien de bien méchant mais nécessiteraient une plus grande attention à venir ... Et une urgence sur les chaises du restaurant totalement affaissées pour certaines. Au global très très bien pour l'ensemble 👍👍👍

Riepilogo: un quattro stelle tendente al 3. STRUTTURA: Si presenta bene e comprende anche palestra, spa ( sauna ), zona massaggi. Piscina grande ed una piscina "spa" con idromassaggio e getti d'acqua per la schiena e cervicale adiacente all'altra. Una piscina anche per i bambini. Manca animazione e serate di intrattenimento la sera. Wifi gratis. Biliardo, ping pong e giochi per bambini. Ha molte potenzialità non sfruttate. ALLOGGI: Mini villette con giardino privato tavolino ed ombrellone oltre ad una corte posteriore. Internamente, almeno la nostra, aveva il lettore di carte per entrare rotto ed il wifi della camera non funzionava. A parte questo tutto ok, camera spaziosa con salotto, divano e minibar. Televisione funzionante. PULIZIA: Partiamo con il dire che le donne delle pulizie fanno un bel lavoro sia nella camera che in tutta la struttura. Puliscono anche la palestra ogni giorno. Nonostante questo purtroppo però la nota piu negativa sono gli insetti ( scarafaggi soprattutto) che vagano indisturbati di notte sui vialetti vicino le abitazioni e che ovviamente poi, a volte, entrano nelle camere. Personalmente ne abbiamo avuto solo uno in camera. Subito dopo abbiamo comprato uno spray ed avvisato la reception e non ne abbiamo più trovato uno. Abbiamo però dormito con le luci accesi nel salone e bagno giusto per essere sicuri. CIBO: per noi italiani è sempre difficile andare all'estero e trovare buon cibo. Come voto dare un 5. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber, grün. Der Kunstrasen stört etwas den könnte man durch richtigen ersetzen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen, da sollte man einfach mal modernisieren. Das Essen ist sehr gut und lecker, man findet immer was. Leider wurde die große Saftpresse mit frischem Orangensaft abgeschafft und durch billigen Saft aus einer Saftanlage ersetzt. Personal immer freundlich mit wirklich seltenen Ausnahmen, aber verständlich bei manchen nervenden Gästen. Alles in allem war ich aber zufrieden.

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und der Aufbau mit den kleinen Doppelhäuser-Suiten ist gut gemacht. Empfehlenswert sind die Suiten mit Ausrichtung nach hinten zum Golf-See. Es gibt einen Pool-/Restaurantbereich, (kostenpflichtige) Massageleistungen und einen "Fitness"-Bereich mit Geräten. Gut: - Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig - Ruhige Anlage mit Live-Musik abends wenn man möchte - Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal (zum Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Sekt auf das Zimmer) - Tägliche Zimmerreinigung - Kleine eigene Terrasse (privat, wenn man zum Golf-See hinten raus wohnt) - Bustransfers vom Hotel möglich (aber nur tagsüber) - WhatsApp Kontakt zur Rezeption Nicht gut: - WLAN-Zugriff und Fernsehen funktionierten öfters nicht und mussten alle 2 Tage reklamiert werden - In der Suite ist nur ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad (der aber täglich geleert wurde) - Es stehen keine Gläser, Tassen oder die heutzutage übliche Kaffee-/Teekombination zur Verfügung, im Zweifel mussten wir die Plastikzahnputzbecher verwenden - Die Pools sind schön, aber unbeheizt. Insgesamt sind die Suiten mit der Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badeinrichtung müsste renoviert werden (insbesondere die Duscharmaturen). Der Fitness-Bereich war an sich gut, die elektrischen Maschinen (Stepper u.ä. funktionierten jedoch nicht). Man sollte "mobil" sein, da die Golf-Hotels doch etwas abseits liegen (Maspalomas, Yumbo-Center). Öffentliche Busse fahren gut, aber ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.
