Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent food. Why we could not bring coffee to relaxed area after breakfast we find strange. Champagne and juice was allowed. We paid exstra for garden/sea view room. Ground floor, no sun during the whole day. Very cold room

5 days rest!
We loved this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was lovely and quiet so sleep was possible at any time! The breakfast was very varied and catered for all tastes. We didn't eat evening meals in the hotel so I can't account for those. My only gripe is that if we went out at 9am, in spite of there being 4 beautiful pools and probably about 600 sunbeds, it was very difficult to find any sunbeds left. People seemed to put their towels down in the middle of the night! When I'm on holidays the last thing I want to do is set my alarm clock to put down towels so for that reason we won't be going back! It's a shame because we couldn't fault it otherwise.

Tres bien sur tous points bon emplacement et organisation de l établissement impeccable personnel avec attention tres bien en rapport qualité prix

UN presque SANS FAUTE !!!!
Lhotel a répondu à nos attente .... rénové avec gout et recherche , la restauration , qualité, quantité et très varié tous les jours ...emplacement de reve et tout un staff souriant disponible et à l'écoute !!!! pourquoi mon presque ????
au moment de faire ma valise , ma trousse de toilette Lancel avait disparue de l'étagere ............la reception s'est renseignée aupres des femme de chambre mais elles n'avaient rien trouvé !!!!!!! seulement , je n'ai rien perdu !!!!on l'a prise dans ma chambre donc bien sur elles ne vont pas le dire ...cela m'a refroidie pour une prochaine fois .

Hienoinen pettymys
Itse puitteet hyvät. Lobby, altaat, puutarha ja ravintolat hienot.
Huone perushuone. Vaihdoimmekin kerran (ei juuri parantunut). Olimme tilanneet huoneen parvekkeella ja merinäköalalla. Nämä ehdot juuri ja juuri toteutuivat, mutta lobby- ja ravintola-alueen suuri, ruma tervapahvinen katto oli suoraan allamme. Olisi edes somistettu tekonurmella ja vaikka ruukkukasvi-istutuksilla.
Henkilökuntaa paljon ravintoloissa ja altailla, missä palvelu erinomaista ja ystävällistä.
Ruoka ylellistä, herkullista - "runsauden pula".
Ainoastaan receptionissa oli kiirettä ja vaikutelma hieman liukuhihnamainen. Siinä oli ainut kokemus ylimielisestä ja melkeinpä töykeästä palvelusta. Yksi herra ei ehtinyt hoitaa taksitilausasiaamme, vaan hyppäsi hoitamaan kesken kaiken muita asioita, oli selvästi stressaantunut jostakin... Hoidimme toisen virkailijan kanssa asian myöhemmin ja varmistimme, että emme enää asioi kyseisen henkilön kanssa.
Hotellin tunnelma oli aika muodollinen, asiakkaat selkeästi senioreita, lapsiperheitä vähän. Mekin olemme senioreita, mutta pidämme silti jollain tavoin rennommasta, intiimimmästä tunnelmasta..
Varsinaista vikaa ei siis ollut muussa kuin yhden virkailijan palvelussa, mutta silti kyseinen hotelli ei jatkossa ole "meidän hotellimme".
