Disappointing and dirty. Only silver lining was friendly front desk. Otherwise dirty carpets, thin blankets, old and run down, dodgy area and broken elevators and $150/night incidentals .. a total sweep cash grab. Awful

This hotel is super grim. There was one person working the entire evening we checked in. No bar, no restaurant, a sad vending machine selling chips - super loud heating/cooling units. And a surprise 35$ charge added after check in. Stay somewhere else

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and quiet. We weren't too crazy about the elevators because it took forever to be able to use them and there wasn't really anything to do nearby.

The room was unclean, and no amenities were available. I also got stuck in the elevator. Surprisingly, they didn’t disclose that the coffee shop and bar were closed which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the staff and location were the best aspects of my stay.

This hotel was the worst. The facilities are run down, carpets stained, finishes tattered and dirty. The staff was the only pleasant part of our stay. The first room we had was filthy, the second room smelled of smoke, yes, we went to 3 rooms and in the end looked at a brick wall. The hotel was not busy and the staff could have given us something better but chose not to. The rooms were as basic as could be and in line with a $100 per night hotel. We stayed at a Sheraton the two nights before and it blew the BEI out of the water for less than half the price, so don't let the modern attractive photos fool you, there is no vibe there. Save yourself and don't stay here. We paid $800 CND for two nights which was a complete rip off. Horrible choice and we will not return.

Dirty expensive

I don’t know where to start. This hotel was so disappointing. $800 a night sure looked and sounded like a $60 now motel 6 off an old town highway. The building entrance was modern but it hides the outdated unkept rooms. Low ceilings, small, plain, dirty dirty carpets, broken elevators. Oh boy. I gave this 2 stars just because the air conditioning worked. Thank goodness. My business partner who had his own room had a bad experience though and had to change his room 3 times and was stuck in the elevator. I do feel bad for the staff who were very nice.

Motel 6 rooms are equivalent to these ones.

The heater was broken and management did nothing about that. We couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. Our stay and night was ruined. Deceiving advertisement. Only lobby looks nice. Rooms were horrible. Very disappointed.
