Excellent location; beds very poor (lumpy, super soft); restaurant on site, very handy and good good, but short staffed. Loved the 24/7 coffee machine. Very good water options. Gym was well stocked. A/C is not the greatest. Liked the 'living room' concept. Would stay again but ask for a bed change

Great value for your dollar, but…no in-room safes or ice/ice buckets. We had to go down to the basement to get a bucket of ice. We did feel safe because you had to use your room key to make the elevator move. Great views and quiet.

Overall an easy and enjoyable stay

Super easy checking and checkout including bag storage which was great. Close to the ferry building and bikes. Little bit loud on the lower floors but to be expected in the city. Great place!

The hotel was what we expected and just right for what we needed. We have a son that lives in north beach and the hotel is super convenient. Half the price as the nearby Hilton. Freed up $$ to spend on restaurants & cocktails. Felt safe. Hotel staff were very hospitable, friendly & professional.
