Great property, tiny room

Loved this hotel for the friendly staff, great rooftop views, nice pool area, lobby amenities, and cleanliness. Only thing is the room was very small, it’s an old building so nothing they can do about that but the room is very tiny if more than one person staying.

Very convenient location near Embarcadero, Ferry Building, Financial District. Rooms are small but well equipped, with excellent working desk and chair and comfortable bed. Roomy "living room" downstairs (that is, the lobby) that is adaptable for individual relaxing or group gatherings and has a free espresso/latte/capucchino machine. Will stay here again.

Had to extend my stay an extra night from a company reservation and the staff was very understanding, kind, and super accommodating. They allowed me to keep my room and offered a room turnover despite the last minute request. Great, walkable, and convenient location! I’ll definitely be back!
