First they booked me in an all female room, the lady manager with no basic human manners yell at me to get out of the room or she's call the police. She have a guest to talk to me, all this happened at 1:30 am. I have to waited in the small coffee room until 8:00am for the morning manager to rebooked me in a different all male room so I did. I NEVER SLEEP THERE UNTIL THE CHECKOUT DAY, turn in the keys and I was out of there, never returned, never recommended, never stayed here again.

It’s great that you can play the guitar and amp in the room. The bathrooms are fine, but the electronic key opens the door even if someone is in there. They should have a manual lock on the inside so nobody can enter while you are in there

The music decor was very cool. We stayed in the Metallica room. They had pictures of various San Francisco bands and a brief history about them. The shared bathroom was a different experience but not bad. The check in hostess was amazing and very friendly. There is live music downstairs to enjoy at no extra charge.

The staff was amazing the property was unbelievable. One gentleman on staff younger gentleman didn't want to get rid of spoiled food and asked me to do the trash. Kristen was amazing. Surrounding area needed a little help but other than that the people were very welcoming the staff was very accommodating and musicians were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the people were very hospitality. I enjoyed my time and would recommend this place to all musician lovers learning about music and culture.
