One of the worst hotels I visited, smelly room, dirty carpet, they only replenished toiletries didn't clen or make the beds.

For the most part, it was good liquor store across the street small donut shop restaurant also across the street walking distance to I needed to go as for the room. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The bath towels could be a little bit bigger.

Did not feel safe and no onsite parking

Very disappointing. The neighborhood did not feel safe. There was no available onsite parking. The room did not match the image online. The desk clerk canceled our reservation. Although the price was right, our personal safety and peace of mind was worth more.

Stayed here for one night while visiting SOMA because it was convenient to the bars I was going to and had reasonable parking rates. The building is old but in good condition, with plenty of parking. There was even an elevator which I was surprised about. The room was more than adequate and had a refrigerator & microwave. Again, it was old, but very clean. The neighborhood it's in suffers from the usual problems in urban areas, although it's been cleaned up a lot over the past couple of years. If you're not intimidated by city life you'll have no problems walking around here. There are plenty of markets and restaurants within a couple of blocks, and it's a short walk to many of the more popular bars in SOMA, making it very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
