The room was amazing but it was only in "good" condition. I was expecting excellent considering I was in a presidential suite. Both rooms had a jetted tub and it looked as if both tubs were never cleaned. The amenities were outdated. The outdoor hot tub was not hot either. Customer service was good however I didnt have to interact with the satff much. The only reason I would not go back is the location. Its 10 min from the airport and there is nothing to do in the area.

It was good. The room was clean, the hotel staff was are friendly and are willing to help. Wonderful mountain view every morning my wife and I awoke for the day. Quiet hotel. I recommend Pirates Bar and Restaurant and also the sea bass at Quattro next door.

Hello, I tried to call the hotel for shuttle bus pick up which the hotel provided free of charges on the day of arrival attempted at least three different times they had not responded, I sent them two messages they didn’t respond for them as well,so I decided to take a trip with the car to my destination in Jaco Costa Rica in the middle of the night at 1 am, did not stay at that hotel that night,!!!! I would like to ask for refund for that reservation Thank you

It is NOT a 5 start hotel, however, it’s good. Santiago from the front desk was amazing helping me on different levels and the staff was very helpful, supportive and friendly. The hotel itself needs updating specially in the rooms.
