The AC in the room would not work and the technician couldn’t fix it either. We opened the window to let cool air in. The water for shower was just lukewarm. Overall property looks old and not that much upkeep.

The pictures on Expedia must be 10-15 years old. The property was very run down, pool was cloudy and dirty, and the beds dreadfully uncomfortable. Staff were all nice, but the property needs investment. Easy access to the airport and free parking.

Amazing value for one night’s stay. I checked in late and the concierge was professional and patient. He kindly offered to pack a breakfast for me, as the complimentary shuttle bus pick up was at 5am and breakfast is served at 6am. That thoughtful gesture meant everything. The room was spacious and clean. Best sleep I had on my 10 day trip. Felt refreshed and ready for my 5 hour flight home. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hotel is spacious and the 3 pools, hot tub and gym were nice. They also provide an airport shuttle, but unfortunately after booking our ride and confirming twice with Front Desk staff that we would be picked up at 6:00am, the shuttle didn't show up!! We were very concerned, and eventually the driver contacted the hotel to find out that they had forgotten to provide our names and pickup time to him!!! Unbelievable! Staff are very incompetent, and ignored my questions as to how that could have happened. The driver kindly hurried to get us to the airport as quickly as possible so we wouldn't miss our flight, which we appreciated. MORE training is needed for staff!

The hotel is very outdated but we were there for one night only. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast menu was OK. Fruit was the only healthy option: pineapple, papaya, apples. We intended to use the shuttle but found out it only comes 1X per hour and it did not align with our flight times so we had to take a shuttle. 3500 CR which is about $10-13 USD with tip. The best thing about the area was the dinner at Taj Mahal which is about a 10 min walk and very easy to get to. Wow the food there was incredible! 4.9 star rating and absolutely delicious!
