The property is not as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The lobby is very nice, and it goes downhill after that. Our room and bed were very old and uncomfortable. The only way they would change our room was after we contacted Expedia about the state of the room. Make sure you book a deluxe room. The room is not really deluxe but it is acceptable. The bar does have a really nice menu and the food is excellent. No need to find a restaurant near the airport.

Good price, but not much else good about it.

Room was nice but building was old and run down, and bathroom was never cleaned properly, lots of hair on the tub and floor. Worst part was we asked if shuttle ran overnight for our 3:00am airport departure, and were advised no and we need to arrange private transfer which we did. Then as we are waiting for out private transfer the hotel shuttle shows up to pick up 3 other guests, and our private transfer followed the hotel shuttle all the way to the airport. Very frustrating...

close to the airport, the staff was nice, There were great pools but only 10 lounge chairs. the hotel was run down, needs a face lift. Restauants and food were good. No fridge in the rooms

My room was poorly maintained, walls, molding, and floors, I could not sleep in the bed, even though bedding was clean, the room smelled like mold. The bathtub was poorly maintained. The couch was old, only good to put my luggage on. I imagine they have updated rooms, but mine was not, very disappointing for the price. The employees were very nice.

No VIP perks. No hot tubs (they considered 3 child pools connected to the main pool with cold water hot tubs) No hot water,everything closed from 1 to 2 for lunch even the casino. 3 pools they only had lounge chairs at 1 pool and only 10 chairs for a hotel that had 250 rooms.filthy smelly halls.no fridge no micro wave many things in room broken.limited hours for shuttle to airport
