Everything is with codes, I liked i didn't had to bother anyone at night when we came back from a concert. Very near (next door) to 787 Coffee, practical for brunches. You can walk to some places from there or take an Uber if they can find the hotel. However: This property is not as the pictures, there is not a sign or a name in front of the building, hard to find. The employee was not very fond of customer service. There is no parking, you park at the Normandie and walk to the hotel. A man and a lady were screaming at the middle of the night, I am aware it's not the hotel's fault, still... You get what you paid for...

This is a small boutique hotel that really works to accommodate the traveler. The rooms had a thoughtful modern look and were very comfortable. The area around the hotel has a nice urban feel, like I could walk to any number of cool coffee shops or restaurants that had an authentic vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

Ese hotel está en renovación y las condiciones actuales hacen muy incómoda la estadía, sobre todo por el precio tan elevado. Considero que las images de los anuncios no son actuales, sin embargo la localización en buena si vas con carro, a pesar de que no tienen parqueo propio, pues la movilización para áreas populares se complica si no tienes forma de moverte

Was assigned a room that had a very noisy machine just outside the window. I don't understand how they would rent a room that would be impossible for any guest to have a nice and quiet sleep. The room was also not as pictured when I made the reservation. Very basic, the bathroom was not very clean and it was just not inviting at all.

Erica, at front desk, was EXCELLENT. Attentive, and informative. She payed attention to our concerns, especially after having to book last minute. Erica was communicative, funny and an overall enjoyable person. The luxury room was exactly that, luxurious. I loved taking pictures in the big floor mirror while also waking up to beautiful views.
