The hotel is beautifully situated and in a walkable area. The hotel is clean, up to date and well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. There are two pools right next to the beach with salt water. Very clean and well maintained. The seven restaurants of the hotel are all good but a little bit on the pricey side. Otto is my favourite restaurant. The only downside I found to be the music around the pool. It gets played from 7am until after 11 and can sometimes be quite loud, preventing us from sleeping with the patio door open to listen to the ocean. The hotel and area are very safe.

What an amazing place!!! Not only is it exceptionally beautiful, but it is also extremely clean. You can tell that the owners take great pride in giving their guests the best experience possible. The restaurants on site are some of the best rated and having had the opportunity to dine both at Aroma and Marea, I have to agree. The hotel also has two beautiful pools with view of the ocean and beach access is also very easy. They also have daily entertainment for their guests. We were lucky enough to enjoy movie at the beach, opera at the beach and salsa music with classes at the beach. And if you choose to venture into town, a 5 minute taxi ride will get you there. Hope you enjoy this location as much as we did.

Room was just ok. We had a tired room with frog sculptures everywhere and green paint on the walls. Bathroom was not super clean. No washclothes. Sheets were grey and bed was super soft and lumpy. That being said, the rest of the building looked in great shape. They are building ANOTHER restaurant so we could hear construction during the day. Music on salsa dancing night was way too loud for a room with old sliding doors to the patio. Pools were VERY clean. Staff was amazing. Food at Marea and Otto were fantastic. Food at Rustico was 5/10.

Reading the reviews tells the story..Great pools ,beautiful view and great service around pool..We found great dinning at hotel and surrounding area..I was disappointed with the drab hotel room ,it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia website ..The room was clean ,linens were fine,bed was bit on the firm side..We thought the room had a bit of a dank smell maybe due closeness to ocean or poorly vented bathroom ..The hotel had the feeling of an all inclusive with events every nite ..The room is the hotel’s weakest area..

Loved being right on the beach. We watched whales from breakfast a couple of days. Great breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff. Swimming in the ocean was fine despite the red flags. Our room was very nice with good AC and beds were comfortable. Would definitely return.

Great location, quiet at night and modern room decor. The pool area is beautiful and has very attentive staff. The hotel even allowed us to safely store our luggage and use the gym facilities to shower after check out as we had a flight later in the day. We also had massages at the spa that were great. A couple of downsides, there was no hot water in our shower the entire duration of our stay, despite trying at different times of the day and informing the front desk, even the gym shower was cold so it was likely an issue hotel wide. Also, the pool bar charges the same price for drinks with alcohol as the non alcoholic versions. We ordered virgin mojitos and when questioned the bill were just met with a shrug saying it’s the same price.

Dry but a good stay

Great hotel with great food choices, Two issues: 1. We were only given two small bottles of water per day, the rest we had to purchase. There should be drinking water provided. 2. When we asked for a cab to the airport, they wanted double the going rate.

This hotel has the best dining options in Huatulco. The food was almost perfect everytime but the restaurant staff was top notch at every restaurant on the property. I was also impressed with all the staff around the property except a couple of the front desk employees made us feel like we were bothering them.

Quinta Bella has the feel of a high quality (AI) Resort, but without the dining commitment. The restaurants on site are great, but so are many within a very walkable distance. I very much enjoyed my stay.

We returned to the hotel after a six year absence. Our previous stay enticed us to return as we relished the quiet, out of the way intimate feeling of the property. There were renovations going on six years ago that we thought meant the addition of some new rooms and a new restaurant. Much to our surprise, the hotel has changed dramatically in ways that are probably appealing to many but not so much to us. Gone was the intimate, small property feel. Instead, the hotel now has 8 restaurants to choose from which from a marketing perspective is a wise choice for them. The emphasis on gastronomy is apparent and provide guests with a range of cuisines all within the hotel property. However, with all those choices, it was laughable that you couldn't get guacamole at the pool or some of the other restaurants serving lunch outdoors. A little too "foodie" for our taste. We walked and ate all of our meals either down the beach, or in either La Crucecita or Santa Cruz the nearby towns. That being said, it's a lovely property, ideally situated to explore the Huatulco area.
