The staff was friendly and helpful. We thank Javier Roa, the organizer of the New Year's event, for his hospitality and organization. The facilities need maintenance in especially the pool area. The promotion states that the pool maintains ambient temperature when the heating system is broken, so the water was too cold for our enjoyment.

Breakfast menu was incredibly weak, they need to have better options other than pieces of salami and cheese. The bathroom shower was terribly designed, all the water from the shower floor seeps into the main bathroom floor making a huge mess. No complaints about the staff but i would not stay here again.
