Good first visit to Historic Savannah

We enjoyed almost every aspect of our Easter weekend 4 night stay. The food offered for breakfast was very good. The fruit was fresh, and the variety was good. The gunfire and police activity on Saturday night was a little unnerving. The location in the Historic District is great. The City needs to clean up and maintain the "Squares" and public grassy areas to entice us to return. We took a sunset cruise, sightseeing trolly type guided tour, we went to museums and we enjoyed some great outdoor dinning and music in the City Market area.

Nice, clean hotel directly in front of City Market. Easy to walk to all the great places. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Valet parking was $45 each day but the valet staff retrieved our car quickly when needed.
