The beds were comfortable. The shower door was not clean. The balcony was awesome, and we would have liked to have been out there more, but there were no chairs. Also, the handle of the sliding door was broken. The water pipes also made a horrendous noise and the water in the shower would momentarily go cold.

The experience was awesome from start to finish. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We stopped in the bar and had great conversations with the bartenders and other guests. It was a birthday getaway for us and the hotels made it fun.

Disappointed with the level of service. Encountered at least 3 different people at the front desk and none were very friendly. In the room, the pipes are so old that every time someone in a floor above you flushes their toilet, it sounded like a freight train running through the walls. For $300 a night? I
