The valet parking when we arrived was very busy so we unloaded our own luggage’s that is fine but for almost 50$ per night, they should at least bring you a luggage cart that we have to get ourselves. The first two keys that they gave us did not work so we had to go back to the desk. Then we booked a room with the pool view that is a couple dollars more when a regular room is cheaper Nobody told us anything or refunded us anything There is 23$ beverage voucher that was included and we had to ask the day we left because it was not given to us The pool was in renovation with a construction tarpolin so they should not charge the extra for the pool view Sale when we left, no help with luggage. I was we not impressed by the service in this hotel and will not go back
