Positives: Convenient location for our needs, very comfy bed & clean linen, truly excellent breakfast Negatives: Shabby (lawns uncut & garden untended, fading Kasbar-chic décor, stale food aroma inside), grubby (flies in room, cobwebs on windows, toothpaste on bathroom glass, overflowing ashtrays in front terrace), Fawltyesque owner (bizarre manner with customers), overpriced (£175 per night PLUS £10 "early check-in" for wanting access too our room before 3pm!)

Set in a lovely garden.

It would not be fair of me to leave a review as I did not experience the hotel at it's best. A ceiling had collapsed and the chef/manager was not there. The staff did their best.
