We had the most amazing hotel stay! Absolutely beautiful rooms and exceptional service that friendly staff provide. Perfect location to walk insadong streets, palaces, temple and shopping. Breakfast buffet was outstanding , pool and hot tub area is another level. Absolutely loved the stay. We will definitely come back!

Not up to Four Seasons standards. Front desk were not particularly helpful when we needed advice on where we could buy a padlock. Room was not cleaned up to the standard I expected - dusty around the stationary on the desks and table legs/ below desks, around the kettle etc. Gym was not well managed - far too busy at 8am and no control over how many people or how equipment is used and cleaned afterwards. There isn’t that much ground around the property so also can’t rate that highly as such - it looks better in photos.
