The heater in one of our rooms didn’t work.We reported this issue to the hotel staff around midday; however, when we returned in the evening, nothing had been resolved. As no equivalent rooms were available for an immediate room change, we were only offered a smaller room instead. This situation did not meet the accommodation standards advertised at the time of booking and significantly affected our stay. We therefore request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the affected night(s).

Dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty curtains, weird smell, phones don’t work so you have to walk to reception to ask anything, and this limits what you can do like asking for room service or if you can check out online or order things like fresh towels. All in all, wouldn’t go back again.
