Very nice standard, would have liked a kettle and facilities to make tea/coffee etc, excellent for access to Real Betis stadium, £8 taxi to centre of Seville.

Good hotel, very comfortable and professional staff. Room not provided with tea and coffee facilities but on request a member of staff arranged a kettle to be delivered to the room. Thank you Lourdes Lopez! Out of town but regular bus to the city centre, take the No 3, about 20 mins only €1.40. Book your visits through the tourist desk in the hotel and avoid long queues at the main attractions, sometimes 3 hrs.

The rooms were great, good bathroom, good air conditioning and had a fridge. The bed was comfortable but would prefer a double bed to two singles. Loved the breakfast, even as a vegetarian and a vegan, we had lots of options. The rest of the hotel amenities were a bit disappointing. The pool area is much smaller than it looks in the photos, less modern and the area was so busy that sometimes we could not get loungers. Was also surprised that you have to pay for towels. My main complaint with the pool area was the cheesy, loud music that they played constantly. It's hard to relax with Gangnam Style playing at top volume on repeat for the whole day. For the price we paid we were happy with what we got, but would expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel.

I have an onion allergy, I paid for bed and breakfast as I was told I would be able to eat some food, when we got to the dinning room there was only eggs and bread I could eat then I was stopped because the eggs were cooked with the sausages which had onion powder in! We complained and were told “if you don’t like it go to mcdonalds” this from a 4* hotel, they offered us meals on a night and that was the same I could only eat salad, they even charged us €19.99 for 2 evening meals even tho we were told that hey were free because of the mix up with the breakfasts, I asked for the complaints book when we checked out to be told “no just leave if we will call the police” wish I didn’t stay here at all.

Dear Customer, After studying your comment and trying to corroborate what you publish with our staff, we would like to tell you that since you do not provide us with any information regarding the date of your stay or reservation, we have not been able to look at what happened. Since we wanted to confirm that at all times in our breakfasts, regardless of whether they have different products for different food intolerances, our staff is also willing to try to please our customers and inform them that other types of products can be consumed. With regard to his comment that he left or the police would be called, we have been very surprised because it is totally contrary to our policy and the priority we emphasize at all times to our staff, which is the kindness and attention to our guests , a customer has never been served as you tell us. We kindly ask you to contact us or provide us with your information in order to clarify your comment. Regards,

entspricht zur Zeit eher einer Baustelle, bei der man sich wundert, dass nicht große Teile des Hotels und der Zimmer alleine aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt sind. Das Frühstück kann man allerdings nur positiv hervorheben
