Although this a nice hotel, the night street noise of metal clanking from the square, where people were workin was keeping me up. We had a non smoking room, but there was a smell of smoke in the corridor leading to the room and a musty smell in the room. We had to keep the window open during the 40°C temperature so it was hot. If tte 'Do jot disturb sign' was put, maids would still knock on the door twice and then telephone the room in the afternoon to confirm that we don't want the room cleaned. Sometimes we went out in the early mornings and in then in the late afternoon to avoid the heat. Although towels were changed regularly the dressing gown was not. Room service was good.

One of the best accommodation in Shanghai

Bedroom spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet one of the best. Staff professional and kind. Location very good, easy access to most of the main attractions. I highly recommend.

Great choice for shanghai

Excellent clean spacious room, nice bath with shower and tub. Fantastic breakfast selection. Great service. Quiet and close to the Bund.

Such a good location. I didn’t expect it to be right on the pedestrian road, with super easy access to the subway. The only thing in the bathroom/shower set up is awkward if you’re traveling with a friend, or someone you’re not super close with. The shower is in direct view of the door and doesn’t have much privacy. It also had a window into where the beds are but at least that side has a curtain. The soundproofing isn’t very good either, I could hear the girls staying beside us coming in super late, and their entire conversations.

Very comfortable room. It rained during our stay; but didn’t need to buy an umbrella bc our room had one. The hotel offered a discount for a massage; but when I payed they charged me for a more expensive one (which I didn’t asked for). The massage is offered by a third party company.
