The vents were very dusty and dust was falling down during my stay, which wasn’t great. It would really help if these were cleaned more regularly. Reception staff could also be a bit friendlier.

Reasonable room… but bed uncomfortable. Very very well located for Sheffield Utilita Arena. We were charged £9 to park the car. I was not made aware of this in advance.

The room wasn't the best condition Expedia stated breakfast fir £8 + which I took only to find out it was only a cold breakfast on offer and the offerings were definitely not up to standard or worth the money No help form either ibis or Expedia on request of refund as breakfast was not taken or even good enough to entertain
