Please follow these house rules. Complaints or fines will incur a minimum of $100 fee. 1. Quiet hour 10pm. Please respect our full-time neighbors
2. Proper disposal of trash and recycling. Bins out by 7am on Wednesdays if you are staying midweek. No glass, no clamshells, no plastic bags
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, you must either have a cleaning after two weeks $150 add'l or pay an add'l $165 for deeper clean at the end
