Everything was excellent with the exception of the breakfast menu/presentation,. Specially the orange juice was only cordial. Having said that, the front desk attendance was incomparable, Faizal Eric and other members of front desk were absolutely helpful and professional , Valentines day was made very special by the offering of silk flower to the ladies. We would definitely recommend your accommodation to our friends, and would stay in the future. Thank you very much to every one and our sincere praising to their service.

Check in was fine however it lacked customer service. No smile, not at all friendly! I did not like that at all. In addition the picture in the website showed a much bigger room. I was very surprised for its very small room space! You can’t even open up the luggage! I had to readjust the space just to open up the luggage! Please make it more North American room sizing! Totally fake image of the room space! Otherwise hotel was located in great spot - close to MRT, buses, and lots of food options close by! The breakfast buffet was fine but very small space for the amount of people it holds! Pool was fabulous and it was the perfect spot in the morning!

The place is very clean. Check in is fast. Check-in staffs very courteous and friendly. It is sure much better then the Furama Hotel in Chinatown where i used to stay. The only problem is the tv. Every channel seem to hang after a few minute with only sound and the video constantly freezes. Check-out is a breeze with the kiosk. I will definitely come back.

The quiet hours signage states 10pm-7am, but this was not respected during my stay. There was excessive noise from guests along the walkway, including shouting, laughing and loud door slamming. The room next door was also extremely noisy in the middle of the night, and i was unable to get any rest. Due to the ongoing disturbance, i checked out earlier than planned.
