The shared space made the room feel less crowded. The items in the room were also very usefull. I really liked the water pitcher. One complaint would be the shower not having a full door. The whole bathroom getting wet makes use after shower uncomfterable but this is a minor issue.

Good hotel in a good location

A modern hotel within a shopping centre which was useful. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good, scrambled egg, noodles/breaded crab, bread to toast, japenese soup, tea/coffee. Water machine and small fridge on each floor for the rooms to use. One of the lifts broke, leaving only one in use, so took us 20 mins to get to reception to check out as the lift was always full. If arriving using the metro you can walk from the station to the shopping centre undergound which was great if raining outside.

Where do I start. Went to book in only to find Expedia had,nt informed them of change in booking, even though I showed the receptionist all the reverent emails attaining to this stay they refused to accept them so had to loose my original payment of £195 and rebook at the hotel rate of £352 for 2 night stay plus I allready paid for a 3rd night. Tired and very weary after a very long flight and my body time of 3am I reluctantly excepted it. When I got to my room there was no complimentary tea or coffee, no tv, no hot water in the sink basin so had to boil kettle for a shave, no fridge to keep anything cold only a shared fridge at the end of a long hall, veiw from my windows was a concrete building next door. To say I had a terrible stay would be an understatement. The ONLY plus was the friendly reception staff during the day . So the overall stay was a complete disaster and would warn anybody off staying there.

We didn’t like the shower setup—there was no shower curtain to prevent water from splashing onto the floor and toilet. A simple shower curtain would have made a big difference, especially when towels are not replaced daily.

Great location with facilities in the shopping malls, 2 MRT stations close by, walking distance to Clark Quay and Boat Quay. But a lot of noise from the fire station across the road, either a nearby building site or the garbage disposal, as well as the busy roads. It needs better sound proofing a glazing in the bedrooms. Breakfast is limited in choice and quality, especially for a European.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Walking distance to city hall MRT, accessible thru underpass via B1, around 10-15 mins walk depending speed. Mall is attached to hotel. Walking distance to clarke quay as well. The room itself is suffice for solo traveller with smart design allowing clothes to hang even wothout wardrobe, i really like the functionality of it. Downside is bathroom glass partition between the shower and the toilet seat could be wider glass, otherwise when shower the water splash thru the toilet seat. Overall it’s pleasant stay on the studio and i would come back if travelling solo. Maybe a bit small if for 2 people or need to book bigger room.

Great location. Walkable from archives museum, parliament, Supreme Court, Merlion park, Clark quay etc. Hotel is 5th floor onwards in Funan shopping mall, which has plenty of eating options.
