Hotel was beautiful. Lovely resort feeling. Some of the pools were closed while we were there which was a shame, but we enjoyed the ones that were open. Only thing I found strange was there were no floating rings for the lazy pool. Didn’t feel like a lazy pool when you had to swim it yourself!

Great hotel for families, pools and free hotel transport around Sentosa and to Vivo city. Free use of monorail was added bonus. Improvements would be self service laundry facilities and the option to charge things to your room so you can pay just one bill, and the service fee should be built into price as its mandatory.

We booked our 4 night stay with our family of 4 and we loved our stay with them! Location is so convenient, especially if staying with young kids. The family room we booked was clean, well stocked with amenities, the hotel staff were very polite and friendly and helpful, they promptly responded to the requests we had, The breakfast buffet was really good with both local and western and kid-friendly options, baked goods and coffee was delicious. The pool area had a nice view with plenty of lounging areas. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing family staycation.
