"This hotel is in a great location and looks stunning from the outside. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We were allocated rooms in the annex and although clean these are not of 5 star quality. The furniture in these rooms are not of the quality available in the main building. We had 3 rooms and 2 were of a good size with balconies which accommodated outside seating. The last room was much smaller with no outside seating which I don’t believe was fair as we had 3 identical rooms booked and paid the same price."

"The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking taxis, dinner reservations and extra supplies in the room. "
