I love staying at this hotel for many reasons. The only complaint I have is that the facility as a whole has such a strong chemical smell from the cleaning agents. While I appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel, the smell takes much away from the otherwise high end amenities. It would be great if the Inn could start having a signature scent like the Westin and other great hotels that smells great and welcoming. The cleaning smell is, although suggesting a clean environment is a turn off for a luxury stay.

not the best for sleep

the new bath showering gel is not the best smelling. Oak? why oak? the noise level from young teens running down the hallway up to and even later than midnight was not the best environment for getting rest.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the convienience of shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Upon our return to the airport we contacted the hotel for shuttle service and were told we had to wait an hour a 45 minutes for pickup. this is a :15 trip. We ended up using Uber.
