I booked two rooms for my family. Beside all the good experience, it become worse on December 01, 2025. When at breakfast, one staff member came to our table with burnt bread slices in his hand and rudly banged in front of my brother quoted, "This is what you need". Everyone got stunt and then a lady beside our table responded, she put these in toaster but they got stuck there. This person never apologized and walked away. I reported this to receptionist and she said he is higher in rank from me, so can't help. If Holiday Inn is not able to train its staff members, there is no point staying there in future.

The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was going through renovations which could have been mentioned on the hotels page when booking. We found it easy to park when we got there and the room was clean, however the toilet didn't work very well as the pressure seemed to be lacking. Apart from that the stay would have been a 5 star

The hotel was great, clean modern room, comfortable and would have been spacious but the sofa bed was made up. Food in the restaurant wasn't very appetising this time though I'm afraid. Breakfast was OK but the curry I had for dinner was not good, chewy chicken and hard nan bread!

The staff at this hotel were excellent - every single person we met was helpful, courteous and went out of their way. However the room and bed was tiny - we booked this as a family of 4 and the second bed was so small our two children struggled to fit in it. The team resolved this for us but I can’t recommend the hotel for a family stay.

Hotel had scaffolding and netting up all over the front. But that was not noticeable from our room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not many facilities at the hotel and overall I thought it was quite expensive for what we had.

Hotel is a complete building site from the exterior - but usable inside from reception - bar area - rooms Not recommended for a Holiday while still a building site. I was disappointed on arrival
