Hotel in good location near town centre and local transport. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good. A couple of occasions breakfast was not as requested but was rectified straight away. Reception staff were excellent with lots of local knowledge and they were very helpful.

Didn't manage to use spa. Room was, needed to get aircon vent in room fixed and bathroom ventilation fan never really worked even after asking for repair a few times. TV lost signal a few times. In general room was clean and ok and staff were helpful. Location was good and patking was fairly easy.

Room had some issues with air con vent misding a screw and hanging down which was fixed. Vent is bathroom did not work properly even after telling desk 3 times so bathroom steamed up every day after a shower. Food in restaurant was ok, never managed to use spa. Location was good, parking was ok but may be difficult in summer. Overall is a goid hotel with friendly staff

Lovely weekend break..........

Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from town centre. Clean with good amenities but have to give a special shout out to the barman who made the best Old Fashioned ever! Great breakfasts and the Spa was fabulous - had a wonderfully relaxing massage. Would highly recommend.
