The management is changed and the facilities are out dated. Staff is not well-trained causing double payment. Had to go through refund process which is really lengthy. Room is worn out and AC is broken. Had to switch to a different one, only to find that it has a tiny window with most walls. Dust on coffee machine. Milky water in pool. Large down pour in lobby due to leakage. Maintenance is really poor. Only good thing I can say is the location close to Convention Center. If not for that, I would not go there again.

Very good hotel with a 1.5 walk of the Gateway Arch National Park and Busch Stadium. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly too! In need of some updates- otherwise a 5.0!
