We only stayed for one night but were very happy with our stay. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous and our room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was part of our accommodation package as it enabled us to be up early, fed and continue on our holiday journey.

Room was warm but not excessively so - sleeping with window open means a lot of traffic noise, but that is to be expected given it is so close to the M6. Absolutely silent when the window is closed! Room was spotless, public areas were all clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!!

Loved the fact that there was a microwave and restaurant across the road. Staff were so kind, kept my daughters non dairy milk in the fridge and at breakfast even rinsed her bowl out for us.

Variety of breakfast food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.
