The room was spacious and had it’s own bathroom. Walk to the central train station is under ten minutes. The hostel is very clean. Lively atmosphere at the common area. Friendly staff.

Room was clean but my bed was uncomfortable - thin, hard mattress. And the bed frame squeaked noisily every time I got up. Motion sensor-activated bathroom light was a nuisance when someone wanted to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. One of the two elevators broke down during our stay and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs to reach our room. Breakfast was very good especially for SEK 95 and the staff were pleasant.

Good location, 15 minute walk from Central train/bus station. Many restaurants relatively close by. Room was comfortable. Elevators are very slow and laundry facility is very limited, but you can get laundry done here. Pretty happy with my stay here. No tv or refrigerator in room, but knew that ahead of time. Lockers available if you arrive early and need to secure your luggage, they were very easy to use. Didnt try hotel food so cant dwell on that. I heard English, American, French, German, and Spanish touristshere. Overall pretty solid experience.

Dear Generator Team, I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay. The night before an important business meeting, I spoke with the front desk and was assured that I could use an iron in the laundry room the following morning. I also called in advance to confirm this. However, when I went to the laundry room the next morning, there was no iron available. This caused a major inconvenience, as I was unable to iron my clothes before my meeting and had to attend looking unprofessional. Given the nature of my visit, this was particularly disappointing. I value clear and accurate communication, especially when it concerns essential amenities. I hope steps can be taken to ensure other guests don’t experience a similar issue in the future.
