Beautiful decor very peaceful position despite being in the most amazing central city location Amazing room lovely touches with free water and exceptional quality toiletries Lovely restaurant and great bar

Ilmastoinnin puuttuminen kuumana kesänä Hyatt ketjun hotellissa oli ikävä yllätys. Ilmastointia ei teksteissä luvattu, mutta oli silti itsellä oletuksena 4 tähden hotellissa. Ikkunoita ei voinut pitää iltaisin ja öisin auki katumelun takia. Huoneen vapautumista odotellessa ennen kolmea oli kaikki hotellin palvelut kiinni baari, lounas ravintola eikä aulan puuttuminen (vain käytävä) helpottanut tilannetta.

Hello Petri,Thank you so much for choosing our hotel for your stay!We understand that many of our guests miss having air conditioning in their rooms but this is not a standard in sweden as it usually does not get that hot here.We usually recommend to have the windows open during the night to get some cold air and we do offer our guests to put a fan in the room.Because our hotel is located in the city center there could be alot of noise on the streets near by and this is unfortunaltey nothing we can control.We will be looking over the air conditioning for the summertime to avoid this issue in the future.We appriciate your feedback and we will look over everything to see what we can better.Thank you so much for taking your time to give us your feedback, we hope that we get the chance to welcome you back in the future.Kind regards,JennieStory Hotel Riddargatan.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, kleine Küche integriert, Lift leider ein bisschen laut, da der Lift bis fast ins Zimmer führte. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, am Wochwnende Party direkt im Haus

Der freundliche Empfang der Receptionistin war sehr angenehm. Auch die Gestaltung der Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Und wir genossen das reichhaltige Frühstück. Danke!
