Very welcoming, staff were phenomenal and very accommodating, food outstanding, elegant decor, and well situated to attend the Shakespeare theater. We did not encounter any children so difficult to rate family friendliness, but I feel the staff would do whatever they could to make the stay pleasant. Overall, more of an adult focused hotel. Only minor thing I can think of was hot tub was just warm, not hot

Amazing hotel, great for families or a romantic getaway. The property and rooms are beautiful and clean. They have amazing amenities, nice warm pool, cookie hotline and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back!
