An incredible conversion off the Radisson Blu nameplate, impeccable detail and attentive staff. Shower pressure is incredible! Bedding immaculate. Quiet at night and central jumping off point to much of the CBD.

There were always several nice staff members at the hotel entrance greeting, making me feel safe and secure. The location was great, conveniently within walking distance of the ferry terminal and QVB, but the area was quiet and relaxing and slept at night.

We did not have the breakfast at the Paradox. We did, however, have dinner downstairs at the Fax. It was excellent and deserves the highest marks for flavor, service, quality, and presentation. The Business suite dining area on the 10th floor was also excellent

Dirty stained floor. Very difficult if you have disability’s because little steps everywhere. For the price I expected better service! Under the bed there was a past guest dirty laundry and condom wrapper, so it goes to show how much they maintain there rooms. There tvs are very outdated and lacking cleanliness ( dirty dusty bathtub). I booked 2 rooms and both had stains and construction at 6am! Poor

The hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt safe and comfortable. I highly suggest getting the breakfast package, it was great and worth the money. The room was very nice and cozy with a lot of extra amenities We just loved our stay. We are from the States, Ohio.
