H10 Ocean Dreams is a well designed, well run boutique hotel (adults only). The friendly members of staff work incredibly hard to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The cleaning staff are amazing. The reception staff always greeted us as we passed the front desk and went out of their way to find out more information about local events for us. The hotel is situated very near to the main street but in a quiet road. The clever layout means that it is rather more protected on windy days than some other hotels. Very close by you will find everything that you need (shops, restaurants, two good supermarkets, excursions, car hire). Turn right at the bottom of the road and walk slightly uphill to the roundabout for the number 6 bus for Puerto del Rosario or the number 8 for El Cotillo (a lovely fishing village with sandy beaches). There is a street market near the bus stop on some days. The hotel organises a weekly walk along the sand dunes plus various activities including some great cocktail making classes, yoga etc. Ask for an animation sheet each Sunday as the evening entertainment (about three times per week in the bar area) changes slightly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice including cooked to order items. On some mornings we were offered thick hot chocolate with churros, a real treat. The hotel takes hygiene seriously and has a hand-sanitiser at the entrance to the restaurant. We joined the H10 loyalty programme and this is well worth doing before your stay.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a very chilled out vibe and the best bed have ever slept in! Location is great. Although it is situated just a 3 minute walk from the 'strip' it is very quiet. Just to be clear, the 'strip' is not your typical mad scene, it is simply just an area full of shops and restaurants and it's approximately a 20 minute walk down to the old town/port area! Would really recommend this excellent hotel!

Lovely adult only hotel

All the rooms are nice. All have a balcony or terrace. The staff were all very friendly. The food was good with a great breakfast choice. However it is good to eat out in local restaurants a few times - look on trip adviser for the best ones! The pool is lovely. Only 98 rooms so quite small. You can get a taxi to an amazing sandy beach for only 8 euro. 10-15 mins walk to the harbour.

Tucked away but not far from everything

The hotel is tucked away from the main road where you have everything you need. Loved the fact it’s adults only.

wonderful stay

Pros: The comfort of the room, the staff.
Cons: Daily complimentary dring water should be offered.
Location: it's in the city center, so you could do whatever....
The room has a big bed, good shower and a small balcony. It offers almost what you need during your holiday, but it would be better if the room could have a small couch at the corner to relax. The staff is very frinedly, and we enjoyed our dinner service very much. A big disappointment was the new year eve gala dinner, the food was not as good as the regular A la carte dinner in terms of taste. We appreciate the idea, concept, efforts that the hotel tried to offer.....but for a big amount of guests, the stadard of NYE dinner should be higher..... The spa is a plus. We had really enjoyable massage during our stay, it's a pity we could not do it one more time.
