We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Unfortunately the pool heater wasn't working so the pool was freezing and the pool is the main reason we booked this hotel.

Excellent and convenient lodging.

Our stay was a combination of a three-night independent booking and an additional night as part of a tour group. Despite being assured that the bookings would run together and we would be in the same room, the message did not seem to get across among the various staff on the front desk. There needs to be better management supervision to ensure that full customer service is provided rather than what we experienced. Should be better trained in attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was OK but "dish" dishes were invariably cold, especially the fried eggs that were, in a word, revolting.

Great staff, were upfront that both the pool and spa were inoperable (the heating). Unfortunately the primary reason i picked here was its close to the train and having a 10 year old the pool is a must. Pool was so cold that he wasn’t keen…… Already booked and paid and this place would be fine if it was working but dealing with a disappointed child and finding extra kid pleasing activities instead was a struggle. Not the staffs fault they were great!

We booked this property particularly because it had a heated pool and spa foe the kids. They were so excited for a spa only to be told on checkin the spa was out of order and the pool couldnt be heated. We could have stayed somewhere else $100 cheaper. We should have been informed prior to our arrival that these facilities werent available or offered a discount for our stay.

Great location by central railway station. Great breakfast and staff exceptional…no other channels on tv than free to air…lifts very slow as people don’t realise there is another set of lifts 50 metres away. Spa out of action. Would stay again.

This property was clean and quiet. Very convenient to the Capitol Theatre and transport to all areas of Sydney. Could also walk to many places. Only problem was on checkin. It was slow and cumbersome, although we did receive complimentary drinks for the wait. Happy to recommend to other travellers.

Good location close to Central Station

We were worried about the traffic noise but were lucky to get a large room on the 9th floor with a balcony and it was very quiet. Location is great. Close to the Central Station and the tram. We were walkable to Chinatown and the harbor and the Star Casino. Our one complaint is the housekeeping schedule was inconsistent and some days we never did get service but we were credited for this when we checked out. Breakfast was included and it was very good.
