一言難盡

不知道為什麼晚上要洗澡時，冷水的水量非常小，所以導致很燙，若要調整到正常溫度的話水量會超級小。 當時我本來想請家人去聯絡櫃檯，可是想想算了因為我猜想他們可能也無法處理，硬著頭皮洗，後來隔天早上水量就超級正常，很可能是若同時很多人洗會導致水量小。 然後隔音是真的不好，外面機車聲吵、隔壁一直有碰碰聲，整個晚上睡眠品質並不佳。

This is another Ferry deceiving Hotel by the photos. The rooms are small there Kmart style cheap, small bed, uncomfortable. and for the cost of the other hotels I stayed in the difference is so small. I don't know why anybody stays here.

Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep after an adventurous day of site seeing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean, convenient location and super friendly staff. One downside is the rooms with the windows are quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not thick enough to block the sun light in the morning. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is located at duty building. Elevator is horrible dirty. They gave us smelling with old carpet room, so we have to pay extra to get best room in the facility according to owner. I think for the price you paid, there are lots of options. Be mindful that some of hotel in Taiwan that they only own couple of floors of the building, so even they rooms are ok , but the building they are in could be horro

Great location and brilliant staff.

Great hotel, the cheapest room was small but full of nice touches such as a nexpresso machine, nice toiletries and a fancy loo. Water freely available. Location excellent for walking to lots of sights and restaurants plus the mrt station. Staff outstanding, in particular Eric who was really helpful in recommending things to do and where to eat in addition to practical information for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff was top notch. Eric and Thomas were extremely helpful. They were full of good advice. They listened and were patient in explaining how to use the transportation system, the different sites of interest. Quite honestly they made our stay in Taipei comfortable and enjoyable. They were top notch hosts. We liked the area but found it more oriented to a younger crowd. The hotel had an industrial chic design. It was comfortable with large windows for light which could open for fresh air and black out curtains. Amazing fresh white bedding. Good for a brief stay as there was very little storage space.

Modern clean hotel

The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. The front entrance was hard to find. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows which we were aware of when we booked it. The next time we will book a room with a window. The front desk personnel was very helpful.
