My husband and I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous, check in and check out was very fast. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge till 11pm. The mrt is right beside the hotel, so getting there from the airport is very convenient with little walking. The rooms were very modern and very clean!! We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here once in Jan this year with my friends. Like the cleanliness of the hotel and room, the convenience getting the bottle water inside the hotel, the friendliness of the staffs, and varieties of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to the train station too.

I learned about this hotel through reddit, where the recommendation highlighted the public bath, and I’m so happen I made the decision to stay here. After logging at least 10,000 steps a day, it’s so relaxing to shower and take a dip into the hot bath. The double double room is on the smaller side, which is typical for prime location in an urban city. We were out almost every day, so we did not mind at all. We were given a room on the 16th floor, and it had a nice unobstructed view. The hotel staff always greeted us kindly during checkin/out, when we walked through the lobby, and when we needed to borrow an umbrella. Wonderful impression of Taiwanese and Japanese hospitality.
