If You have kids this hotel is not kid friendly at all. Cigarettes and cigars all over the lobby floor it was gross wasn’t cleaned at all and I also booked a room on Expedia and it wasn’t the room I received I complained and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. The pictures on Expedia the rooms do not come with the balcony. It’s a view of a parking lot garage do not go by Expedia’s pictures, false information and advertising.

Room was very nice & clean, felt safe, Staff was great, check in process was easy and the staff took time to get to know us. We had a very nice room upgrade. Room service breakfast was delicious.
