It's functional and cheapish and you get what that brings. Basically a bunch of rooms gathered together along corridors. The beds, we had two rooms, were all awful, as was the linen, my duvet weighed about 60lbs! The room I used was in particular need of refurbishment, but seemed reasonably clean. Frankly, I wouldn't choose to return. As I say, the beds should be condemned.
Their beds and pillows are very comfortable.
The last day of our staying, unfortunately the room was not cleaned, although we had put the sign outside the door that we had ventured out, implying that the room could be cleaned. I complained at the reception and the member of staff apologized.
The towel rail was not working, I e. Could not get heated and the toilet had corrosion due to the humidity kept inside the bathroom. I believe there was not an actual extraction fan.
Check in was straightforward and chap was friendly . Very spacious room. But no plugs by the bed which meant my phone and medical equipment was on the desk

Staff were super helpful & kind, room was clean and tidy, mall outside with Costa, M&S etc… However there was a terrible smell in the hotel and in the room which I could see the hotel had tried to put air freshener plugs around but this was not masking it as it was truly unacceptable smell
The staff here are super helpful and very accommodating. We had issues in one room with the bath/shower option not working and were immediately offered another room which was much nicer. Hotel itself is basic, but it was absolutely fine once we switched rooms

Area around reception was grubby & unkempt, my room key (36) was filthy on the fob, communal areas tired and needed a good hoover. Water pressure for shower was excellent, bed was comfortable and room was peaceful, reception staff friendly & professional.
Key to bedroom difficult. Sticky table tops. Bedding clean but beds uncomfortable Needs updating.
Reception young man was very helpful and helped with baggage upstairs. Deserves to be appreciated by employers
Very comfortable accessible room. Reception staff member was very helpful and pleasant when I arrived. He helped with my luggage as I am a wheelchair user.
For what we paid and what we needed this for it was an excellent location and stop off for our journey.
One of the beds was very very soft which want to my liking but otherwise everything was absolutely fine and we will use again if making a similar trip.
